Working in Real Estate for more than seven years, I am licensed in both Massachusetts and Rhode Island and serve as on on-site Sales Consultant at the Preserve at Bear Hill in Cumberland, RI, selling luxury townhomes in the $300K-$360K price range.

 

Over the past few years, because of the current economy, I have made it a priority to educate myself and become involved in short-sales, foreclosures and REO properties.

 

My experience has allowed me to expediently close several commercial investment deals recently, and intend to focus on this portion of the market, while continuing my pursuit of residential opportunities.
